updates - i finished my gp block *finally* - alhamdulillah x100, hated it but learnt loads and patients loved me, going on holiday next week v excited, reading an inordinate amount of books - currently Sense and Sensibility - I am immersed, and still experiencing some burn out but im officially on break from uni and so iA on the road to feeling more like a semblance of myself 😭

Have had 2 coffees today, this morning’s with an extra shot and now just finished such a delicious iced latte
tell me why im yawning. it’s 1.30 sksks
time to watch king the land new ep and i think my mum made chicken biryani so gobble that up sksks
and i barely had lunch cause there’s basically no food around there so im starving. horrible day
only thing keeping me going is that i have to firm going in tomorrow morning then i’ll be off for 5 days straight cause i said im taking thurs off for eid 😭 BLISS
on top of that my migraine has persisted from yday and my tmj pain is so bad, i was so uncomfortable all day
ergh i was with karen gp today and her patient / bedside manner is horrible
she shouted at kids, was rude to patients
on top of that it was like the most boring day, i wrote 3 book reviews for my bookstagram, she prob thought i was writing notes lmfao
i went to a joe hisaishi (studio ghibli music) candlelight concert and it was ethereal
at points i just closed my eyes, felt such clarity, everything just washed away and i felt so calm
